I’m not going to be able to catch the third debate live. Sorry to disappoint those of you who have grown accustomed to the instant commentary. Though there’s not too much point, out of habit I’m going to stay on media blackout until I’ve had a chance to watch the videotape and post some thoughts.

Nate,
Don’t beat yourself up about missing the third debate. You’re only one man. You can only do so much. There are others to carry the torch. They’re just not as funny or discerning as you. And most of the time, they’re stoned, or trying unsuccessfully to get their car out of the tow lot. So hurry back. We need you, Nate. You are the light in the wilderness. A beacon of hope in a city that care forgot.
