Welcome to 2004, one and all. I have no sweeping, end-of-year/beginning-of-year statements to make about life, love, or the inexorable march of time at this point. Just a simple piece of advice:
Even if the New Year’s Eve party has a “county fair” theme, four corn dogs is four corn dogs too many.

Its a new year, new oppertunities for love, life and even for the inxorable march, but corn dogs are an apsolute essential for ensuring Mr porcelian bucket is not lonely on the 1st day of the year.

In this New Year, in this time of contemplation, fresh starts, and heightened resolve, let us recall the words of Homer Simpson:
“You tried your best, and you failed miserably. The lesson is, don’t try.”

Even if it’s New Year’s, and even if the party’s theme is County Fair, and even if a horde of well-liquored-up men (and one well-liquored up woman) are mercilessly taunting you to eat one, just one, for the love of God, man, one corn dog is still one corn dog too many.
